• Free shipping is available on all orders.

• Orders below the threshold will incur a small shipping fee.

• Delivery timelines depend on your location, but you will always receive tracking details via SMS/Email.

• In case our delivery partner cannot reach your location, they will connect with you for alternatives.

• Currently, we ship only within India.


1. Territorial Restriction Clause

Geographic Limitations and Delivery Jurisdictions
Geneva Naturals India (operated by Jeneva E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd.) operates exclusively within the domestic borders of the Republic of India. We do not provide international shipping, nor do we authorize the export or transit of our products to foreign jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the GCC region, without an explicit, written international distribution agreement. Any orders flagged as utilizing international freight-forwarding addresses or commercial export hubs within India may be cancelled at our sole discretion.

 

2. Anti-Scraping and E-Commerce Resale Prohibition

All products available for purchase on this website are intended solely for personal, non-commercial end-use by the purchasing consumer. Commercial resale, parallel importation, gray-market distribution, or the unauthorized listing of "Geneva Naturals" products on third-party domestic or international marketplaces (including but not limited to Noon, Amazon UAE, Desertcart, or Fruugo) is strictly prohibited.
The use of automated bots, web scrapers, or data-extraction tools to copy our proprietary product titles, trademarked brand imagery, formulations, and descriptions for commercial marketplace reproduction without a signed licensing agreement from Jeneva E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd. constitutes intellectual property infringement and tortious interference with business relations. We reserve the right to pursue full civil damages and platform-level takedowns against any entity violating this provision.
